Returns & Exchanges

Upon receipt, please examine contents carefully for any shipping discrepancies or defects as any shortages should be communicated to us with in 48 hours of receipt. Defective merchandise must be returned with in 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning the merchandise you must call our offices to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA#) form. Under no circumstances will we accept any defective or returned merchandise unless accompanied by an RMA#.
